Operations Team Leader

Callum brings extensive hands-on experience to his role as Operations Team Leader. Having worked closely with Tim Stacey for several years, he has gained a deep understanding of what is required to run a proactive and high-standard security operation. His familiarity with the industry enables him to recognise the qualities and behaviours needed to be an effective, professional security officer across all areas of security work. In addition to his operational insight, Callum is responsible for managing staff, coordinating rotas, and overseeing deployment across multiple sites. His leadership ensures that teams are organised, supported, and consistently meeting the expectations of the business.
